We will be offering the following events: 

       

(HI, DI, Duo, POI, OI, OPP, Expos, Imp, OO, OA, FX, NX)   

          

     Students may enter in two events. If we are oversubscribed we will implement the league waitlist process.

Please provide 1 ADULT judge for every 4 entries (no varsity student judges), .   This will be a large tournament, so please enter your students by Wednesday, October 10th at 5pm and judges no later than Friday, October 12th at 10:00pm.

 

For speech tournaments, we have moved to online ballots so ALL judges must have a Tabroom account and must bring some sort of electronic device (laptop, tablet, etc.) to fill out their ballots.

7:00 – 7:15 a.m. PLEASE NOTE-IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER 7:15a.m. YOUR ENTRIES WILL BE DROPPED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Judges' Instructions:

The registration deadline is 5:00pm on Wednesday October 30th, 2019.

Entry Limits
At this time we do not know the exact entry limits so please keep that in mind and please submit your entries early!

Please carefully review our bylaws for eligibility of students:

A. Students participating in CFL tournaments shall meet the academic requirements for co-curricular participation established by their schools and/or school districts. Students must be enrolled in the school they represent.

B. Speech,

1. All of the following requirements must be met in order for a student to be entered in the Novice division:

a. The student is in her/his first Academic Year of competition (including debate or congress)

b. The student did not attend camp for speech events

c. The student has not competed in more than 3 middle school tournaments

d. The student has not, while a middle school student, competed in a high school tournament.

2. Upon entering his/her second Academic Year of competition or upon completion of a camp for speech events, a student is automatically promoted to the Varsity division.

3. In Duo, if one person is a Novice and the other Varsity, they must compete in Varsity.

$11.00 per single entry and $22.00 per duo team

Drops after the drop deadline will be assessed a fee of $50 per entry. 

Additions after the drop deadline will be assessed a late fee of $60.
